These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website bhmedellin.com and the booking of accommodation at the property “Bee Happy Medellín,” operated by CJF REAL ESTATE LLC, with a registered address at 412 West 7th Street, Clovis, NM 88101, United States (hereinafter, “the Company,” “we,” “us”). By making a booking or using this site, you (the “Guest”) accept these Terms in full.

1. Bookings and payments

Bookings made through this site are confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been processed. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at the time of booking and may be subject to applicable local taxes. We reserve the right to request a valid identity document and a verifiable payment method prior to check-in.

2. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and refund conditions are indicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date may be non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to force majeure, notifying the guest as promptly as possible.

3. House rules

Use of the property is subject to the house rules published on the Services page, including check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits, the prohibition of parties and events, and rules of conduct. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay without a refund.

4. Liability and damages

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. The Company is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the guest’s personal belongings on or off the property, nor for injuries resulting from the misuse of the facilities (pool, jacuzzis, sauna).

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect will always be the one published on this website.
